Justin G. Williams is a partner with over twenty years of experience representing individuals and businesses in a broad range of complex and critical matters. Known for his strategic, results-driven approach, Justin has successfully managed multifaceted legal challenges both in the courtroom and in negotiations, providing decisive representation in high-stakes disputes across the southeast.

Throughout his career, Justin has also frequently advised and represented court-appointed receivers, financial institutions, and municipalities. His extensive litigation experience encompasses cases involving breach of contract disputes, business torts, service agreements, shareholder agreements, shareholder oppression, and other intricate corporate matters. He is adept at guiding clients through high-value, high-impact disputes, including complex “business divorces” with significant financial stakes.

In addition to his litigation practice, Justin is experienced in corporate and municipal bankruptcy, advising debtors and creditors on workouts, restructurings, and Chapter 11 proceedings. He is a Subchapter V Bankruptcy Trustee for the Northern District of Alabama.  His transactional work includes advising on acquisitions and sales of businesses, particularly distressed assets across diverse industries. His depth of experience in both litigation and bankruptcy matters allows him to provide comprehensive business advisory services, including corporate structuring, real estate acquisition, and contract negotiation.
